An evening on the moves that change everything. A panel of women who have made those moves, a room of women planning theirs, and a couple of hours of the kind of conversation that does not happen on a stage anywhere else.

The evening

Ambition, said out loud.

Most rooms want the tidy version: the promotion, the pivot, the plan that worked. This one wanted the rest of it. What she risked. What she wanted and said so. What it cost, and what she would do again.

No slides, no prepared answers. Low light, a rooftop, and women who had already made the moves the room was weighing up, talking properly.

Law, finance, technology, consulting, property, media and the public sector
Women mid-move, or deciding what the next one should be

Rooms have included women from Goldman Sachs, UBS, Vanguard, Paramount and Baringa, among others. It is kept deliberately small and deliberately cross-industry, so the conversation goes somewhere a conference never does.
