An evening on the moves that change everything, hosted with Womxn@Knight Frank and HERitage. A panel of women who have made those moves, a room of women planning theirs, and a couple of hours of the kind of conversation that does not happen on a stage anywhere else.

Most rooms want the tidy version: the promotion, the pivot, the plan that worked. This one wanted the rest of it. What she risked. What she wanted and said so. What it cost, and what she would do again.
No slides, no prepared answers. Low light, a rooftop, and women who had already made the moves the room was weighing up, talking properly.
Rooms have included women from Goldman Sachs, UBS, Vanguard, Paramount and Baringa, among others. It is kept deliberately small and deliberately cross-industry, so the conversation goes somewhere a conference never does.

The Ambition Series runs with a host firm and a small number of brands. Hosts put their people in front of a room of women building careers in their sector. Brands reach that room directly, through gifting, sampling or the conversation itself.
